Legal service:
- Carries out inspections of the property for the last twenty years in the National Land Registry and in the mortgage office so that during the signing of the contracts it is free from any burden, claim, etc.
- Carries out all the actions in order for the prospective buyer to obtain from the Greek state a LICENSE TO BUY A REAL ESTATE BORDER.
- Represents the buyer and in collaboration with the notary signs the purchase contract.
Accounting and tax service:
- Acts to obtain a Tax Registration Number.
- Prepare an Income Tax Return every year.
Technical service:
- Carries out the technical inspection of the property for any defects.
- Issues permits for the construction of new homes according to the plans and studies of the buyer adapted to the current Greek legislation.
- Issues repair and renovation permits.
- Constructs new buildings by order and according to the desire of the buyer.
Management service:
- Manages real estate and deposits rents in the buyer's account.
- Repairs and maintains in excellent condition the properties with the aim of the highest percentage of return to the owner.
